Return and Refund Policy

At Espace Cagoules, our return and refund policy is straightforward. We want each of your purchases to be a fully satisfying experience. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our team is here to assist you.

Return Period:
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Customized items or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at contact@espacecagoules.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
- Include the return authorization slip that we will provide you inside the package.
- Ship the package to the following address with a tracking number that you will need to provide us.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
