Return Period:
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition.
Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service department at contact@espacecagoules.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Pack the items carefully in their original packaging.
- Include the return authorization form we will provide you with inside the package.
- Send the package to the following address with a tracking number you will need to provide us.

Reimbursement:

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of error on our part or defective products.
