Return and Refund Policy – Espace Cagoules

At Espace Cagoules, we pay special attention to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, we will assist you in your return process according to the conditions below.

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Returns for Non-Conformity or Defect

If the product received has a manifest defect, is damaged upon receipt, or does not correspond to the order placed, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.

After verification, an appropriate solution will be proposed: exchange or full refund.

General Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must:

  • – be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition,
  • – be returned in its original packaging with intact labels,
  • – be accompanied by the return authorization provided by our customer service.

Any product showing signs of use, alteration, or not meeting these conditions may be subject to refusal or a deduction after analysis.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at: contact@espacecagoules.com to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Carefully pack the item(s) concerned.
  3. Insert the return authorization document into the package.

No return can be processed without prior authorization.

Shipping Terms

  • – In the case of a defective product or an error attributable to Espace Cagoules, a prepaid return label (via Mondial Relay for France) will be provided.
  • – In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • – For returns from areas not served by Mondial Relay (notably outside France), the customer may use the carrier of their choice, with tracking.

Refund

The full refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the product at our premises. It will be automatically credited back to the payment method used during your order, with a usual banking delay of 3 to 5 business days.
