Return and Refund Policy

At Espace Cagoules, our return and refund policy is straightforward. We want each of your purchases to be a fully satisfying experience. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our team is here to assist you.

Our commitment is to provide you with a service that exceeds your expectations and to resolve any issues you may encounter with your purchase. Whatever the situation, we strive to find the best solution for you.

Return Period:
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Customized items or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Procedure:

• Contact our customer service via the contact@espacecagoules.com page to obtain a return authorization.
• Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
• Make sure to include the return authorization document that we will have sent you inside the package.
• If your request is eligible for free return, a prepaid return label will be provided to you. Otherwise, we will inform you of the drop-off point or return address via Mondial Relay only.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part or a defective product.
