These stretchy fibers give them great elasticity, allowing the balaclava to easily adapt to different head shapes without compressing the face. For models that require a size choice, it is recommended to measure the head circumference with a tailor's measuring tape. Position it about 1 cm above the ears to obtain the most accurate measurement and ensure a perfect fit.

To maintain your balaclava and extend its lifespan, avoid using water that is too hot during washing, as this could damage the fibers. Prefer a mild detergent in small amounts, as excess can leave irritating residues on the skin. Never use bleach or harsh detergents that may degrade the material. Also, avoid washing your balaclava too frequently to preserve its thermal insulation properties. The tumble dryer is to be avoided, as is direct sunlight drying, which can weaken the fabrics and cause discoloration. Prefer natural air drying in the shade, laying your balaclava flat to avoid any deformation. If spinning is necessary, gently press out the excess water without twisting to keep its shape intact.
