These stretchy fibers give them great elasticity, allowing the balaclava to easily adapt to different morphologies without compressing the face. For models requiring a choice of size, it is recommended to measure the head circumference with a tape measure. Position it about 1 cm above the ears to get the most accurate measurement and ensure a perfect fit.

Here are the main materials used:

Thanks to its unique resistance, it requires little maintenance. It does not wrinkle, resists UV rays from the sun, does not fade, and does not shrink. In short, it simplifies the life of its users.

Ice Silk. Ice silk is a blend of fibers that refers to a very breathable synthetic fabric designed to lower head temperature during intense exertion. It is distinguished by its extremely soft and silky texture. This material is known for its breathability, lightness, and quick-drying capabilities. It offers a cool sensation on the skin, making it particularly appreciated for physical activities.

To maintain your balaclava and prolong its life, avoid using water that is too hot when washing, as this can damage the fibers. Prefer a mild detergent in small quantities, as an excess can leave residues that irritate the skin. Never use aggressive bleaching agents or detergents that may degrade the material. Also avoid washing your hood too frequently in order to preserve its thermal insulation properties. Tumble drying is prohibited, as is direct drying in the sun, which can weaken fabrics and cause discoloration. Prefer natural drying in the open air, in the shade, by laying your hood flat to avoid any deformation. If spinning is necessary, gently squeeze out the excess water without twisting to keep its shape intact.
